Bio: Karlie is the young daughter of the founder of Starshine Town located west to the Kanto region. As a child, she was gifted with her first pet and Pokemon, a young talented Skitty and has been best friends with her ever since and often keeps it outside of its pokeball. At the age of 11 like most trainers in the Kanto region, Karlie received her starter Pokemon from Professor Oak, her favorite water-Pokemon, Squirtle. Soon afterwards she ventured out into the world on her own with her two Pokemon.
As she traveled the world through many wins and loses, Karlie grew to become a powerful trainer, collecting a wide variety of Pokemon, forming a party of her very own of her many different favorites, challenging many different trainers along the way, earning many badges in the process. After years and years of training, Karlie won the Hoenn Pokemon League Competition and then faced off against the newly arranged Elite Four of the Johto Region, winning against the Elite Trainers, earning herself a title of Pokemon Champion of the Johto Region.
Karlie is a very calm, cheerful and idealist person and trainer, opting to become close friends with her Pokemon rather than simply treating them as battle partners. In her spare time when not training or battling, Karlie attends many concerts located around the world and is is a well known author of several novels allowing her to obtain a level of popularity among many romance lovers. While an adept battler, Karlie often easily falls in love with her pokemon, many times showing off the talents of her party, especially her Skitty. Karlie has been shown many times in her life to be helpful and friendly to people who ask for her assistance, never turning down anyone in need and always does so with a delighted smile.
